So, you really want to live forever?

A champion has been crowned in our business-focused March Madness bracket: longevity.

We wanted to see what our readers believe is the biggest trend in business, and you made it clear where you stand. The push to live longer cruised to victory over tariffs in the championship, nabbing almost 67% of the more than 200 votes.

It was that kind of tournament for longevity. Despite being a six seed, readers never really wavered in voting for it.

Longevity might seem like something only the ultra-rich can afford to focus on. The space undoubtedly has a level of high-end tech and healthcare that doesn't always feel super accessible.

But it's not just about getting fancy shots or expensive surgery. Many proven methods to help you live longer are fairly cheap or free. It's your morning cup of coffee or a 15-minute workout.

Supplements are big business, but the one almost everyone agrees on being most beneficial is simple and incredibly cheap.

And according to some people who have hit 100, it's not about what you do in the kitchen or gym as much as who you spend time with.

Your love of longevity comes at the perfect time.

Business Insider's "The Long Play" conference is taking place on April 14 in San Francisco. The agenda includes conversations with longevity influencer Bryan Johnson and Joanna Strober, CEO and cofounder of Midi Health.

(To be clear, this bracket was not some massive marketing campaign for the conference. I promise you I'm far too dumb to orchestrate something like that. The votes are genuine, and this really is just dumb luck.)
