HOW TO WATCH FOX WEATHER

The video taken on the eastbound side of Loop 1604, approaching I-10, also showed what appeared to be power flashes in the vicinity of the funnel cloud.

NOAA's Storm Prediction Center (SPC) has issued a Level 1 out of 5 risk of severe thunderstorms for south-central Texas through the day Wednesday.

SOUTH-CENTRAL TEXAS BRACES FOR ADDITIONAL LIFE-THREATENING FLASH FLOODING

These storms are part of the same system that's delivering torrential rain and life-threatening flash flooding to the Texas Hill Country just west of the city.

The SPC warned that another tornado or two will be possible through Wednesday afternoon as this system collides with extremely humid air near the surface.
