A new hospitality landmark is about to rise in Southern Philippines as Hotel101-Davao officially opens its doors on July 30, 2026, becoming the largest hotel in the entire Mindanao Region with an impressive 519 rooms.

Strategically located on a 5,384-square-meter property along Eco West Drive in Davao City, the newest addition to the Hotel101 portfolio places guests just a one-minute walk from SM City Davao (SM City Ecoland), making it an ideal base for business travelers, tourists, and event participants visiting the city.

The opening of Hotel101-Davao marks a significant milestone not only for Davao City but also for Mindanao’s tourism and business sectors.
