FINLAND – Hostaway, leading vacation rental property management software, announced the launch of AI Auto Reply, a native generative-AI tool designed to instantly create personalized responses to common inquiries, dramatically speeding up guest communications and reducing operational workload.

Building upon its existing industry-leading AI capabilities, Hostaway continues to lead the market in AI innovation. It was the first PMS to introduce AI-powered features in summer 2024 and recently launched AI Review Analyzer. AI Auto Reply marks Hostaway’s next major milestone – pulling together reservation information, listing details, guest conversations histories, and custom host instructions to generate instant, tailored replies.

Property managers remain fully in control, with options to review messages or fully automate replies with built-in safeguards ensuring accuracy and compliance. AI adoption among Hostaway’s customer base has surged 170% year‑on‑year, and usage of its AI features has tripled since the start of 2025. Demand for the new AI Auto Reply feature has been exceptionally strong, with an early access wait-list filled within days and new customers being onboarded weekly throughout Q3.
