LOS ANGELES COUNTY - Evacuation warnings are underway in parts of Los Angeles County on Monday as a fast-moving brush fire spreads across the region, encroaching on multiple homes.
Two people, a firefighter and a civilian, have been injured, and four buildings have sustained damage in the fire. That includes two homes and two outbuildings, according to the Los Angeles County Fire Department.

Our affiliate FOX 11 spotted at least two homes caught in the fire, with the roof of one home collapsing.
According to Cal Fire, the Palos Fire has spread across approximately 17 acres and is believed to be human-caused. The fire is now 41% contained and forward progression has stopped, according to authorities.
The Los Angeles County Fire Department responded to reports of the fire in La Habra Heights shortly after 2:30 p.m. and remains on the scene.
Residents in Casalero, Ardsheal and W. Skyline are advised to evacuate, while nearby cities, including Whittier, are monitoring the situation.
