Air Premia to Launch New Seoul to Dulles Flights Ahead of Peak Travel Season

A new long-haul link between Seoul Incheon and Washington Dulles will begin in late April. The service is planned to match the heavy travel activity expected during the summer period. The route will be the second nonstop option between the two airports and will broaden access for travelers moving between South Korea and the Washington region. The operation will also mark Air Premia’s longest scheduled service in the United States.

The new operation will be flown with Boeing 787-9 aircraft on a four-weekly pattern. The schedule has been arranged around peak demand months when travel interest is consistently high. Westbound flights will have extended block times because the route will avoid Russian airspace. These westbound segments may take up to 15 hours and 25 minutes.
Eastbound flights toward the United States will operate with shorter timings, reaching approximately 13 hours and 45 minutes.

Passenger volumes were around 120,000 round-trip travelers within a recent twelve-month period. When traffic for all airports in the wider Washington area is counted, the number exceeded 150,000 travelers.
Air Premia will also operate charter flights to Las Vegas in January, expanding its presence in long-haul leisure travel. The airline continues to follow a hybrid carrier structure that combines long-haul wide-body aircraft with cost-efficient pricing methods.
