A Night of Light and Hope
The celebration will begin at 9:30 PM, featuring an energetic evening led by Elmer Dado & Gruppo Tribale. The night will come alive with infectious live music, thundering drumbeats, and dynamic performances by samba dancers, poi and hoop artists, and roving entertainers who will engage the crowd and keep the festive spirit soaring. Throughout the evening, exciting raffle draws will add to the thrill, giving guests the chance to win special prizes as they immerse themselves in the celebration.
As the clock strikes midnight, guests can look forward to a spectacular pyro-musical show, featuring a dazzling pyrobird that will soar across the sky, illuminating the waterfront with brilliant bursts of color and light, perfectly synchronized to music. This year’s theme delivers a powerful message of light and renewed hope, recognizing the challenges of the past year while ushering everyone into 2026 with a refreshed sense of optimism and joy.
Carnaval de Luz brings this vision to life by transforming the NUSTAR Boardwalk into a vibrant, welcoming, and immersive seaside destination where families and friends can gather, reconnect, and celebrate new beginnings beneath a canopy of sparkling lights. After the fireworks display, DJ Kit will keep the momentum going with a high-energy after-midnight set, inviting guests to dance, mingle, and savor the electrifying atmosphere late into the night.
NUSTAR Welcomes the New Year with “Carnival de Luz”
Admission and Ticket Purchase
Admission is PHP 988 per person and includes two expertly crafted drinks, live entertainment throughout the evening, and automatic entry into exciting raffle draws. Hotel and dining guests can join the celebration at a special rate of PHP 600 per person, with a minimum spend of PHP 1,500 for dining guests at select NUSTAR restaurants. Children aged 11 and below may enter free of charge, making this a family-friendly experience.
Tickets will be available starting December 6 and can be purchased online via nstr.ph/NYE2025 or in person at the Fili Lobby and Casino Entrance.
